To provide a dynamic range of services to the cycling community and to endeavor to coordinate all activities of cycleing within its geographical area, and to communicate the needs of individuals, clubs, promoters and civic groups.

Objectives

Act as a clearing house for scheduling of all cycling events.

Set a standard of categories for the cycling year 1999.

To establish and maintain a point series for the cycling year 1999.
