Alta Racks is seeking a seasoned warehoused manager.
Required knowledge:
- Ability to manage day to day operations
- Manage shipping and ensure that all tasks are completed by the staff
- Interface with manufacturing and plan build inventory over the year to year operation
- Interface with customers and staff on the daily basis
- Proficient with computers and willing to learn new systems
- Ability to see overall deficiencies and suggest and implement corrections and improvements
- Ability to effectively communicate
Experience is similar role is highly desired, no education necessary but the right attitude is very important. We have a small shop and a small team and our culture is one of respect and support. Potential for growth in to higher positions, profit sharing and product discounts.
