Repair customer’s bikes with great attention to detail. Will include: truing wheels, bleeding brakes, servicing bearings, installing new parts, adjusting derailleurs, etc. Be prepared for all eras of bikes from the 1950s – modern.
Build new bikes, from kids bikes to high end special orders.
Assist customers on the sales floor. No commission, we work as team. Help the customer find what they are looking for even if they don’t know exactly what they are looking for.
We have processes for everything. You must be able to follow routines, clean up after yourself, and ask for help when appropriate.
